The short version
- You have 3 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a return.
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item? We pay to get it back and sort it out.
- Changed your mind? You can still return it if it's unused and in its original packaging. You pay the return delivery.
- Refunds go back the same way you paid: bank transfer back to your account, or cash for cash.
How to return something
- Tell us within 3 days of delivery. Use our contact form or email [email protected]. Include your name, what you ordered, and why you're returning it.
- If it's faulty, damaged or wrong, add photos. A couple of clear photos of the problem and the packaging help us sort it out quickly.
- We'll reply with what happens next. We'll arrange how the item gets back to us, by local courier or Knutsford Express.
- We check the item and refund you. Once it arrives and we've checked it, we send your refund.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, let us know within 3 days of delivery. We'll cover the cost of getting it back to us, and refund you in full once we've received it.
Please keep the original packaging if you can. It helps us check the item and return it to the supplier.
Changed your mind
You can return an item you no longer want within 3 days of delivery, as long as it:
- is unused and in the same condition you received it,
- is in its original packaging, and
- comes back with all parts, accessories, manuals and free gifts that came with it.
You pay the delivery cost to send it back to us. If an item comes back used, damaged or incomplete, we may not be able to accept it.
Refunds
We send your refund once the returned item has reached us and we've checked it. We'll let you know when it's on its way.
After 3 days
We can't accept returns requested more than 3 days after delivery. If something goes wrong with your item after that, contact us anyway. We'll do our best to help, for example with the manufacturer's warranty where there is one.
Your rights
This policy doesn't affect your rights under Jamaican law, including the Consumer Protection Act.
Send us a message and we'll help you sort it out.
